Apache Forest Products provided and fabricated 6 heavy timber trusses, two support glue laminated beams and 1650 square feet of 1 x 6 tongue & groove.  The top chords, king posts and webs were solid sawn southern yellow pine and the bottom chords were arched glue laminated beams.  Apache also provided the black powder coated steel, shop drawings, erection drawings and the structural insulated panels for the roof over the tongue & groove.  From the time we got the shop drawings approved to delivery of the finished turn key package took a total of eight weeks.  While Apache didn’t handle the installation for this home, we were always a phone call away to answer the general contractors questions and assist wherever we could.
