This Caribbean project was planned for years and finally was designed and engineered to not only to the Client's liking but to the team of Four Seasons Resorts Estates. The southern yellow pine glulams really made this home, large, curved glulams treated penta to keep the golden glulam look. This home also had over 20,000 square feet of 2 x 6 tongue & groove cypress decking. They used 2 x 6  tongue & groove cypress decking to give a little contrast with the douglas fir timber columns, beams, and trim. This home was a massive structure that was built with the best design, engineering, and fabrication team there is. The Douglas fir timbers used, curved glulams, & cypress decking took over 2 years to install.
