Heavy Timber means what it says. It’s the largest and strongest of the sizes. Any size over 5” x 5” is technically a solid piece known as a timber or as a Glue laminated timber. “ Heavy Timber” in general helps everyone looking at Engineered plans determine where and what size timber will be in that section of the project. Apache Forest Products has been in the timber and glulam business for over 2 decades which both our residential and commercial customers see the best quality, service, and workmanship towards our products. We provide heavy timbers from our mill and through other timber mills throughout the southeastern United States. We provide shop drawings, Engineering, fabrication, and Installation for all Heavy Timber projects. We ship throughout the United States and Caribbean Islands.

At Apache Forest Products, we ship residential and commercial wood products throughout the United States and the Caribbean by tractor trailer or railcar from any port on the eastern and southern coasts. Our experienced residential and commercial timber team can help you from your initial design phase, to product selection, shop drawings, engineering, fabrication, and the final delivery and installation.
We can provide you with timber or glulam architectural designs, estimate your project, and provide the wood structural engineering and drafting work. Then Apache Forest Products will fabricate the material, deliver the structural timber to the job site, and provide installation services throughout the southeastern United States and the Caribbean.
We are a single source for quality wood structure projects and any step in between.
